Our moss pictures are easy to care for and require no watering , as the moss is stabilized. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity to ensure longevity. Detailed care instructions can be found on the respective product page.
4. Can I express individual wishes for indoor plants?

5. What happens if a product arrives damaged?
If there is visible transport damage, please refuse to accept the item if possible! Please contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a solution as quickly as possible.
6. Which payment methods are accepted?

7. How can I cancel or change an order?
Orders can be canceled or adjusted within 24 hours of placing the order . After that, production begins and changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
Our products are unique, natural works of art and custom-made . Therefore, returns are only possible in exceptional cases, such as proven quality defects or transport damage . Please contact us if you encounter any problems so we can work together to find a solution.
8. How does the return process work?
Because each moss picture and each work of art is handcrafted specifically for you, we cannot simply take back or resell these custom-made pieces . This is regulated by law and serves to ensure the uniqueness and quality of our products.

1. Are the moss pictures real and maintenance-free?
Yes, we only use genuine, carefully preserved moss . They require no water or light and retain their color and natural structure for many years. Damaged plant parts can be easily replaced if necessary.
We also offer our care product " Mossy Refresh " for refreshing the preservation through our online shop. While most mosses are antistatic , we recommend dusting the pictures once a year with an electric air blower, a feather duster, or by gently blowing.
2. How long do the moss pictures last?
Our moss pictures typically last 5–10 years or more, depending on the room climate and the surrounding environment. Direct sunlight or high humidity can shorten the lifespan. For optimal longevity, we recommend our care products like " Mossy Refresh " to preserve color and structure over time.
3. Can custom sizes or company logos be designed?
Yes! We offer custom-made natural artworks , including company logos, custom sizes , and custom designs . Just contact us for a personalized consultation .
4. How are the pictures delivered and mounted?
All works are securely packaged and shipped via parcel service or freight forwarding . Installation is easy – with pre-assembled suspension or optional magnetic solutions.

Care instructions for epoxy resin surfaces (FAQ)

1. How do I properly clean the surface of my epoxy resin artwork?
Use a soft polishing cloth , preferably microfiber. Optionally, you can use some lukewarm water with a splash of dish soap (e.g., Fitwasser) . Never use rough sponges or aggressive cleaning agents – these can scratch or dull the surface.
2. Can I use car polish on the surface?
Yes, a fine car polish or special epoxy resin polish is suitable for a glossy finish. Apply it sparingly and then polish gently with a soft cloth.
3. Can the artwork be hung in the sun?
No. Direct sunlight (especially UV light) can yellow or brittle the resin. Therefore, do not hang your work on sunny windows or exterior walls without UV protection.
4. Is the artwork suitable for outdoor use?
Epoxy resin is not weatherproof. Humidity, temperature fluctuations, and UV light can damage the artwork. Suitable for indoor use only.
5. What to do if there are small scratches or dull spots?
Fine scratches can be repaired with a specialized polish for epoxy resin or acrylic glass and a polishing cloth. Deeper damage should only be repaired by a professional.
6. Can I use rubbing alcohol or glass cleaner?
No. These products often contain solvents or alcohol , which can damage the epoxy resin surface. Use only mild soap and soft cloths.
