How long does it take to ship my order?
Delivery time is typically 2–8 weeks within Germany , depending on the product and whether it's custom-made . International shipments may take longer. Details can be found on our " Shipping & Delivery " page.
How do I care for my moss pictures and natural artworks?
Our moss pictures are easy to care for : They require no watering, no light, and no soil . The moss used is stabilized. Please avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. Care instructions can also be found on the respective product page.
Kann ich individuelle Wünsche äußern?
Yes! We're happy to create customized indoor greenery and custom-made moss artwork —e.g., with a company logo, special moss species, or custom frame colors. Use our contact form or give us a call to discuss your project.

What happens if there is transport damage?
Please refuse to accept any visible damage to the package. Please contact our customer service immediately. We will quickly find a solution—be it a replacement or repair.
What payment methods does Healthyscape accept?
You can pay with credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung and bank transfer .
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order . After that, production of your custom artwork will begin, so later changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
How do I return custom-made items?
Since we only offer custom-made moss artwork , returns are only possible by law in the case of proven defects or transport damage . Please contact us if you encounter any problems – we will personally find a fair solution.

Are the moss pictures real and really easy to care for?
Ja, wir verwenden ausschließlich echtes, sorgfältig konserviertes Moos. Unsere Moosbilder sind pflegeleicht, benötigen weder Wasser noch Licht und behalten über viele Jahre hinweg ihre Farbe und natürliche Struktur.
Bei Bedarf können beschädigte Pflanzenteile problemlos ersetzt werden. Zusätzlich bieten wir unser Pflegeprodukt „Mossy Refresh“ zur Auffrischung der Konservierung über unseren Onlineshop an.
Obwohl die meisten Moose antistatisch sind, empfehlen wir, die Bilder einmal jährlich leicht zu entstauben – z. B. mit einem elektronischen Luftgebläse, einem Staubwedel oder durch leichtes Pusten.

Moosbilder sind äußerst langlebig – bei richtiger Platzierung und minimaler Pflege können sie theoretisch ein Leben lang halten. Da das Moos stabilisiert ist, bleibt es weich, farbintensiv und formstabil, ohne zu verwelken.
Direkte Sonneneinstrahlung und hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit können die Haltbarkeit beeinflussen. Für besonders lange Lebensdauer empfehlen wir den Einsatz unseres Pflegeprodukts „Mossy Refresh“, das die Farbe und Struktur langfristig erhält.
Can moss pictures get moldy?
No , stabilized moss won't mold if used correctly. Make sure the moss picture is n't exposed to humid air or water for extended periods. For humid rooms, we're happy to advise you on customized solutions.
Do the moss pictures smell?
Some paintings initially emit a light, natural moss scent , which disappears after a short time. No artificial fragrances or chemicals are used.
How are moss pictures delivered and installed?
Our artworks are securely packaged and shipped via parcel service or freight forwarding company – depending on the size.
Installation is very simple:

- Optional: Magnetic solutions for flexible mounting
- On request, we can provide advice or assembly services
Kann ich Moosbilder selbst montieren?

Can I have custom sizes or special requests for moss pictures made?
Ja, wir bieten maßgefertigte Moosbilder, Mooswände und Naturkunstwerke nach deinen individuellen Vorstellungen an. Ob besondere Formate, spezielle Moosarten, Rahmenfarben oder Motivwünsche – wir setzen deine Idee professionell um.

Is it possible to have a company logo made from moss?
Absolutely! We design company logos from wood, moss, or a combination of both (also other materials such as acrylic, 3D printing, and much more) – ideal for reception areas, trade fairs, offices, and retail spaces. You can choose from various moss types, colors, and frame designs.
Corporate customers can receive a 3D visualization concept on request, including logo design and size advice.

Is there a minimum size or minimum order quantity?
No – we create both small, one-of-a-kind pieces and large series productions for companies or events. Individual pieces in small formats are also welcome.
Will logos and special walls also be easy to maintain?
Yes, all custom-made products and logo walls are made with stabilized, real moss . They are easy to care for, durable, and colorfast , as long as they are set up or installed according to our care instructions.
Can custom-made items be returned?
Since these are custom-made items , returns are legally excluded. However, should any defects or transport damage occur, we will quickly and accommodatingly find a solution—replacement or repair.

FAQ - Care & durability of moss pictures with epoxy resin
How do I properly clean the surface of moss pictures made with epoxy resin?
For cleaning, a soft polishing cloth or polishing glove (e.g., for epoxy resin or car polish) or a chamois leather polishing cloth (e.g., genuine sheepskin). If necessary, a little lukewarm water with a drop of mild dish soap (e.g., Fitwasser) can be used. Please avoid rough sponges or aggressive cleaning agents – these can scratch or dull the epoxy resin surface.
Can I use car polish or resin polish to maintain the shine?
Yes, but only if necessary! For a glossy finish, use a fine car polish or a special epoxy resin polish . Apply the polish sparingly and buff it in gently with a soft cloth. This will keep the surface shiny and well-maintained.
Are epoxy resin moss pictures UV-resistant and suitable for sunny rooms?
Direct sunlight—especially UV light —can cause the resin to yellow or become brittle over time. Therefore, we recommend not placing the artworks permanently near sunny windows or exterior walls , even if they are UV-stabilized.
Are the works of art suitable for outdoor use?
No. Moss artwork made with epoxy resin is intended for indoor use only. Humidity, extreme temperatures, and UV rays can damage the artwork.
What to do if there are scratches or dull spots on the epoxy resin surface?
Fine scratches can be smoothed out with special polish for epoxy resin or acrylic glass . Use a soft polishing cloth. Deeper damage should be professionally repaired.

Can I use glass cleaner or alcohol to clean it?
No. Many glass cleaners contain alcohol or solvents that will damage the surface of the epoxy resin . Use only mild soap solutions and soft cloths for cleaning.

How long does it take to deliver my moss pictures?
The delivery time is usually 2-8 weeks within Germany , depending on the product and order situation.
Custom-made products or large wall solutions may require a slightly longer production time.
International deliveries are also possible – please note that shipping times and customs regulations may vary.
Wie wird mein Moosbild versendet?
Depending on the size, shipping will be done by:
- (e.g. DHL, HERMES)
- Shipping for larger formats or moss walls
Your moss picture will be packaged in a shatter-proof and climate-stable manner to avoid damage.
Was passiert bei Transportschäden?
If your product arrives damaged, please refuse to accept it if possible or document the damage immediately. Contact our customer service immediately – we will arrange a replacement or repair quickly and courteously.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As long as the order is not yet in production (usually 24 hours after ordering), changes or cancellations can be made.
After that, it is a custom-made product and cancellation is no longer possible.
Kann ich Moosbilder zurückgeben?
Since our products are custom-made unique pieces or special designs , returns are excluded according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Exceptions only apply to:
- proven production defects
- Transport damage
- or deviating from the agreed order
In these cases, please contact us – we will examine each case individually and find a fair solution.
