Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods,
- which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or
- which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer
(§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).
Our products are individual natural artworks and custom-made items. Since each moss picture and artwork is handcrafted especially for you, a return or withdrawal after the start of production is generally excluded. A return of these custom-made items is legally excluded and also practically not possible, as further use or resale cannot be guaranteed. This serves to protect the quality and uniqueness of our products.
Cancellation or adjustment of orders
Orders can be canceled or adjusted free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, individual production begins, and a change or cancellation is no longer possible.
Notes on individually crafted artworks
The artwork you ordered is a custom-made piece. Each piece is a handcrafted unique item and is made based on the example images shown and the described style.
Please note that due to the handcrafted and artistic execution, slight deviations in color, shape, structure, or detail may occur. These do not constitute a defect but are part of the individual character of the artwork.
A return or withdrawal from the purchase contract due to subjective dislike is therefore excluded.
However, should the artwork show significant deviations from the agreed characteristics or handcrafted or material-related defects, there is of course a right to rectification or new production. Only if this is not possible or has failed, further rights come into consideration.
By placing the order, you confirm that you have taken note of the example images and the described style and agree with the manner of execution.
Goodwill arrangement for defects or transport damage
Should your product arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately. In such cases, we will carefully examine the facts and, if necessary, offer you a replacement or an appropriate solution. Please document the damage with photos if possible and report it promptly to enable smooth processing.
Exercise of the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
