Avoid Sunlight:
Direct contact with sunlight or excessive light exposure should be avoided to ensure the durability of the mosses.
Humidity:
Moderate to low humidity is recommended. Extreme humidity or dryness can damage the plants.
No Water:
The preserved plants must not come into contact with water to maintain their long-lasting effect.
Cleaning:
Over the years, fine dust deposits may occur. We therefore recommend dusting once a year with an electronic air blower or light air fanning/blowing.
Care Products:
If necessary, you can renew the preservation of the plant parts used with our care product "Mossy Refresh". Should severe damage nevertheless occur, individual plant parts can be replaced at any time.

Care & durability of moss pictures with epoxy resin
How do I properly clean the surface of moss pictures made with epoxy resin?
For cleaning, a soft polishing cloth or polishing glove (e.g., for epoxy resin or car polish) or a chamois leather polishing cloth (e.g., genuine sheepskin). If necessary, a little lukewarm water with a drop of mild dish soap (e.g., Fitwasser) can be used. Please avoid rough sponges or aggressive cleaning agents – these can scratch or dull the epoxy resin surface.
Can I use car polish or resin polish to maintain the shine?
Ja, aber bitte nur wenn notwendig! Für ein glänzendes Finish eignet sich feine Autopolitur oder spezielle Epoxidharz-Politur. Trage die Politur sparsam auf und poliere sie mit einem weichen Tuch sanft ein. Dadurch bleibt die Oberfläche glänzend und gepflegt.
Are epoxy resin moss pictures UV-resistant and suitable for sunny rooms?
Direkte Sonneneinstrahlung – insbesondere UV-Licht – kann das Harz mit der Zeit vergilben oder spröde machen. Daher empfehlen wir, die Kunstwerke nicht dauerhaft an sonnigen Fenstern oder Außenwänden zu platzieren, auch wenn sie UV-stabilisiert sind.
Are the works of art suitable for outdoor use?
No. Moss artwork made with epoxy resin is intended for indoor use only. Humidity, extreme temperatures, and UV rays can damage the artwork.
What to do if there are scratches or dull spots on the epoxy resin surface?
Feine Kratzer lassen sich mit spezieller Politur für Epoxidharz oder Acrylglas ausgleichen. Nutze dafür ein weiches Poliertuch. Bei tieferen Schäden sollte eine professionelle Aufarbeitung erfolgen.

Can I use glass cleaner or alcohol to clean it?
No. Many glass cleaners contain alcohol or solvents that will damage the surface of the epoxy resin . Use only mild soap solutions and soft cloths for cleaning.
