Care Instructions

Please observe the following care instructions to ensure an optimal lifespan:

Avoid direct sunlight:

Direct contact with sunlight or excessive light exposure should be avoided to ensure the durability of the mosses.

Humidity:

Moderate to low humidity is recommended. Extreme humidity or dryness can damage the plants.

No water:

The preserved plants must not come into contact with water to maintain their long-lasting effect.

Cleaning:

Over the years, fine dust deposits may occur. We therefore recommend dusting once a year with an electronic air blower or by gently fanning/blowing air.

Care products:

If necessary, you can renew the preservation of the plant parts used with our care product “Mossy Refresh”. If severe damage has occurred nonetheless, individual plant parts can be replaced at any time.
