Yes, we exclusively use real, carefully preserved moss. Our moss pictures are low-maintenance, require neither water nor light, and retain their color and natural structure for many years.

If necessary, damaged plant parts can be easily replaced. Additionally, we offer our care product “Mossy Refresh” for refreshing the preservation through our online shop.

Although most mosses are antistatic, we recommend lightly dusting the pictures once a year – e.g., with an electronic air blower, a duster, or by gently blowing.

How long do moss pictures and nature artworks last?

Moss pictures are extremely durable – with proper placement and minimal care, they can theoretically last a lifetime. Since the moss is stabilized, it remains soft, color-intensive, and shape-stable without wilting.

Direct sunlight and high humidity can affect durability. For particularly long lifespan, we recommend using our care product “Mossy Refresh”, which preserves the color and structure in the long term.

Can moss pictures mold?

No, stabilized moss does not mold when used correctly. Make sure that the moss image is not permanently exposed to humid air or water. For more humid rooms, we are happy to advise you individually on special solutions.

Do the moss pictures smell?

Some images emit a light, natural moss scent at the beginning – this disappears after a short time. No artificial fragrances or chemicals are used.

How are moss pictures delivered and installed?

How is it used?

Care instructions for moss pictures with Mossy Refresh

Application

Caution : Do not soak! Lightly moistening is sufficient.

Shake the bottle well. Spray evenly onto the moss from a distance of approximately 20–30 cm.

dosage

Apply 2–3 sprays per 50x50 cm area once a year or as needed. For heavy use, spray every 4–6 weeks.

Not suitable for

Living moss, untreated natural material or delicate fabric surfaces.
